Program Overview
“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
This quote of Albert Einstein is no less important than his scientific achievements! We human beings are much like snowflakes because no two of us are alike! We are truly unique - in terms of our capabilities, interests, academic backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses. Unfortunately, we forget this simple fact during our UPSC preparation - where we keep following schedules of Test Series and classes, mechanically. The mentorship approach of any conventional coaching programme is standardised, like a  ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution. It is definitely useful, because at least it keeps you on your toes and makes you practise regularly. But why settle for adequate when you can find the perfect tailor-made approach for you? Something that takes into account your priorities and preparation timelines, and then evaluates your performance based on dynamic metrics?

CHALLENGES FACED
UMDA 2026 FEATURES
HOW DO WE SOLVE THE PROBLEM?

Lack of a detailed timetable and scattered preparation
Scientifically designed schedule with daily breakage of topics and pre-planned test intervals
Instead of jumping from one subject to another in a disconnected way (For Example, from Art and Culture to science tech) focus on the core areas and establishing interlinkages between core subjects (eg. Polity, History and Economy form a given module because they complement each other and there are natural interlinkages between topics)
Inability to link static preparation with Current Affairs and read newspapers.
Access to Manikant Sir’s flagship Current Affairs Course - GS Manthan in Online Live mode.
No need to follow bulky newspapers unnecessarily. Manikant Sir will help declutter your current affairs preparation by providing a structure and giving you the essentials (from 6+ newspapers, journals and government sources)
Misguided Preparation due to multiplicity of sources / influences

Daily session with mentors that focus on answer writing through micro-tests.
46 Mains and 64 Prelims Tests (Both Sectional and Full Length)
Unique BAR-coding approach of analysis where mentors use scientific performance metrics to evaluate and then fix problems - one at a time.
This will give you actionable insights on how to judge your mock test performance. For example, it does not matter if you have 55 correct and 35 incorrect answers in a mock test. What matters is are you able to apply intellectual guessing to solve the conceptual googly questions?; what is you accuracy rate? Etc.
And you should use this insight to perform better in the next test.
Preparation is not aligned with the needs of the exam (syllabus, PYQ)
ACE (Analysing, categorising, Examining) lectures by mentors - before the beginning of each topic, focusing on PYQ and syllabus analysis (Both Prelims and Mains)
Instead of reading everything under the sun aimlessly, when youd decode the mindset of UPSC and study the pattern of PYQ questions, you will be able to focus your efforts on more important topics and optimise your time.

Lack of systemic revision (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
Along with weekly revisions, the programme includes dynamic revision intervals in the form of our FIT (Feedback Improvement Test) tests.
It will make sure you don’t forget or lose touch with a subject after you are done with it. For example, if you complete Indian Polity in April, when do you pick it up to revise again? We make sure every two months, you revise the basic concepts of the segments you have studied, without increasing your workload.
