Context:
The 10th edition of Raisina Dialogue is being held in New Delhi from March 17-19, 2025. The theme for this year: “Kālachakra – People, Peace, and Planet.” Over 3,500 participants from 125 countries, including Heads of State, Ministers, Military Commanders, Business Leaders, and Scholars, are attending.
About the 10th Raisina Dialogue
- The Raisina Dialogue is India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, hosted annually by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
 - Diplomatic Engagements and Participation
- Key Attendees: New Zealand PM Christopher Luxon (Chief Guest), Foreign Ministers from Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Mauritius, Ghana, Cuba, Peru, and Antigua & Barbuda.
 - U.S. Delegation: Tulsi Gabbard (Director of National Intelligence), Ricky Gill (Special Assistant to Trump), and James Carafano (Senior Counsellor to Trump).
 - Europe: Eleven out of 20 attending Foreign Ministers are from European nations.
 - China: Presence of a speaker from Fudan University, indicating a thaw in India-China relations.
 - Canada: Former PM Stephen Harper, former Australian PM Tony Abbott, and Canadian Security Intelligence Service Director Daniel Rogers attending.
