What is State PSCs Exams?

State Public Service Commissions (State PSCs) are constitutional authorities responsible for recruiting candidates into various state-level administrative posts. Much like the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), they ensure a transparent and merit-based selection process, but their focus remains on the state’s governance and socio-economic priorities. Through these exams, aspirantsget the opportunity to serve in respected positions such as Deputy Collector, DSP, Tehsildar, and Block Development Officer, playing a direct role in administration and public welfare.

Bihar Public Service Commission

BPSC exam pattern includes a single-paper Prelims, four descriptive Mains papers, and an Interview to evaluate suitability for administrative roles.
