Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Students are required to attend all classes and must be decently dressed during both offline and online sessions.
• Any damage or harm caused to the Institution’s property by a student shall attract an appropriate fine or penalty, as decided by the management.
• Students must pay their course fees within the stipulated time.
• Fees once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances, except as mentioned in the Refund Policy.
• In case of default or delay in payment, the student may be debarred from attending classes and/or access to classes may be revoked.
• The Institution reserves the right to change the timetable, schedule, or any programme in case of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a student is unable to attend any class, it shall be the student’s responsibility to find out the date and time of the next scheduled class.
• In the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 or any other pandemic, or due to Government regulations or directions, the same shall be strictly followed. Students are requested to cooperate fully with the management.
• The Institution reserves the right to expel a student without any compensation in case of indisciplined, unruly, or inappropriate behaviour.
• All live and recorded classes shall be available exclusively on the THESTUDYIAS App.
• In case of any absence or leave taken by a student, the student must immediately request the management for backup classes.
• Backup classes, if approved, shall be provided only through the application “The Study by Manikant Singh”, subject to availability and institutional policy.

In extraordinary situations, where a student seeks cancellation of the course and refund, such a request shall be considered only within 48 hours from the commencement of the class.

Any refund, if approved, shall be subject to the following mandatory deductions:

1. GST amount already paid to the Government
2. Any other applicable taxes or government deductions as per the laws of India
3. Cost of any services availed and/or books, booklets, or study material taken by the student

No refund request shall be entertained after the expiry of 48 hours from the start of the classes.

The decision of the Institution regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
